This policy explains what personal data The Holy Quran Tutors collects when you use this website, why, and how you can contact us about it. We are a Dubai, UAE-based online Quran academy (address: A-74, El Shaye-4, Port Saeed, Dubai, UAE).

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send us. When you submit our free trial booking form, we collect your name, preferred contact details (email and/or phone/WhatsApp number), the course or program you’re interested in, and your preferred class times. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you choose to share there.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and run your free trial and any classes you book, and communicate with you about scheduling. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children’s information

Many of our students are children. In those cases, a parent or guardian submits their child’s information on the child’s behalf when booking a trial or class, and we communicate with the parent or guardian, not directly with the child, outside of class time.

Where your data goes

Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored on our website’s hosting server. Live classes are conducted over Google Meet, and much of our scheduling communication happens over WhatsApp — both are third-party services with their own privacy policies, and information you share through them is also subject to those companies’ terms.

Cookies

This site currently uses only the essential cookies WordPress itself sets for security and functionality — we do not run analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you enroll, to manage your classes, plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below.
